Our very own web gurus Gerrit and Maarten developed a wonderful little MP3 player widget for the website. Time to introduce the "Humanworkshop Playmate". Like our music, it's quite innovative!

It should help you to find and easily download the music you like from our vast database of free MP3 releases.

In a nutshell, the HWS Playmate let's you automatically add songs to a playlist, and then zip and download all selected tracks as a single archive. Also, you can use it as your personal radio player, as the songs you selected will still be in the playlist every time you return to our site. Adding, removing and downloading tracks is as simple as clicking a button.

It works by following these simple steps:

Step 1) Select single tracks in the music sub-menu:

Step 2) Select a tag or a combination of multiple tags:

step 3) Select a song you'd like to add to the playlist like this:

Now the player pops up and the track you selected is added to a personal playlist. You can repeat this with any song hosted on the site, so at some point your customised player might look like this:

Now, here comes the neat feature. By clicking a single button, all your selected songs will be automatically zipped and downloaded to your hard drive:

Also, whenever you return to our site, your playlist will still be saved.
