Ujo is a New York based company that is developing a format, along with a range of user interfaces for this format, which utilizes blockchain to keep track of music sales online.
While in the development phase, they have started a range of interviews with artists and developers to get some idea of how their current concepts resonate in their target group, and to get suggestions and ideas of how to further increase the user friendliness of the user interface, on the artist as well as on the client side.
As I’m also into coding and publishing, I was very happy to be able to get a chance to ask some questions in return about the underlying structure of the product, and of course, in general to have an intelligent conversation with a friendly guy like Jack!
