As with a good novel, Leisure-B always tries to capture the essence of certain human concepts in his tracks. In this case the gloomy and nostalgic mind state, caused by little light and low temperatures, gets highlighted by Leisure’s signature dark vocalism and lyrics as well as by the delicate selection of electric and acoustic instruments.

Dutch born sound- and web designer Gerrit Elbrink has been producing music under the Humanworkshop umbrella, which he helped to found, since 2000. Due to the large influence of sound design and composition on Leisure’s style, his tracks always have a very cinematic character and a very dynamic flow. The mood of his portfolio varies between danceable and loungy.
