Even more impressive is the fact that we, at Humanworkshop, have been endowed with the immense honor of releasing “His Worst EP”, a fine blend of original synth sounds and digital drums, which will make any old school electronics lover’s heart beat faster.
“His Worst EP” features four tracks in an traditional electronica style, which would fit in nicely with the likes of Aphex Twin and Autechre, while at the same time having a very distinct signature which glues the whole thing together nicely, without leaving a trace of plagiarism to the masters of the craft. Fun and playful moods are complemented extremely well by funky glitches and wonky rhythms, oscillators and sample slots are being utilized to the maximum so that your ears will be happy that your brain has seen it fit to grant her a spin in your stereo.
Intended to get a posthumous fame, Yellowhead makes music, produces videoart, occasionally performs at different places, and so on.
The main idea behind the Yellowhead’s works is the game in a general sense. An entertainment, a process with no pretension for revelation, a pure joy from sounds, pixels and symbols. Yes, this music is not always easy-going, but it is arrogance-free and clear of high-browed concepts.
Yellowhead says that his audience consists of people who love to dance and zeugma. He prefers to play at museums, cinema theatres and rarely.
